Service is horrible

I am so unhappy and disappointed at the service miway gave to me, although it's not the first time they treat me this way I have realized one thing about miway after being with them for 6YRS is that they can phone and ask for you premium and thank you for your loyalty but when it comes to actually paying out claims they always have stories and never assist. Feels like you end up paying all the money and never actually getting the assistance promised in all of these ads that they can put up everywhere...

There call center agents as well as claim agents are so rude and has bad attitude, I dealt with a Johan he indirectly suggested that I the wheels of my own vehicle .. I mean don't they know about customer service ;??? I will be taking this matter further and advise anybody that would like to join them to think twice!!!
