What an issue to claim thrid party

I am the policy holder at Miway and a Vehicle and Driver under my cover was involved in a collision in June.
Everytime i call to find out what is happening with the claim i have to shout, threaten swear and basically have a tantrum because NO ONE LISTENS. If its not the claims department, its legal. I finally find out that the claim was finally resolved in July. I had to call myself and find out. Seriously?? To put it bluntly, I'm paying for a service and getting bad service in return. I would like to find out the steps Miway will take to avoid something like this in future. I am ashamed in myself that i lost my temper with Miway and the call center agents, but, if you have to deal with people who don't listen and don't get back to you, its really hard to keep cool especially as i pay for this. Why should i stay with Miway and not move my cover somewhere else?
