DISGUSTING SERVICE, BAD ATTITUDE &LACK OF KNOWLEDGE

To say that I'm furious, is an understatement! Not to mention, appalled at the level of KNOWLEDGE from your H/L Dept! Applied for a further loan on my bond & what a MISSION!!! From 14/12/2012 to 09/01/2013 -approx 4 weeks to decline APP No:4285568..& YES my ITC record is CLEAR, my bond has NEVER been in arrears, I pay almost R1000 extra PER MONTH on existing bond..SO, the requested increased amount would be covered by the already additional payment per month! GUESS WHAT?? Sufficient INCOME evident in my cheq acc with FNB (THANK THE LORD! statements provided). You've sent sms's claiming I did not submit docs, etc when in fact I did..Oops! Pardon me! it was festive season & your staff seemed more in a party laxy daisy mood & forgot to phone a cust to inform the type of letter they required from my employer! So when i phnd in to query the status of the App, I get told: "it says on the notes u were contacted telephonically & a sms was sent"! Wasting more time & this happened more than ONCE!!!
I expect an investigation be done on my App & a Senior Manager to contact me... Still waiting on Megandren Govender to return my calls & as for Pravesh-dissapointed in his tone of voice!
