Thank heavens I did not get my bond through you

The person who baught my house in Port Elizabeth got his bond through Standard Bank. It took Standard Bank three attempts to get the mariagal stautus correct on is application. The first attempt to rectify this was on 26 November 2012, the attourneys received the documents back on 3 December 2012, with no changes, mariagal status still incorrect. On 11 December 2012 eventually the light came on for you and by some mirracle got it right, the buyers went to sighn the documentation. Another 8 days passed before the guarantees were isued on 19 December 2012, this is more than a month after the first bond documents were signed and almost 4 weeks after the first attempt to rectify a simple mariagal status on a document. Thanks Standard bank, because now it was too late to lodge at the deeds offices and I had to wait until 11 January 2013 before it could be lodged. Thanks to you it costed me 2 months of occupational rent at R7500 per month and it looks very likely that I will have to pay this for February as well. When I applied for a bond at my new premisous in Centurion I strongly considered you, after this, I thank the Lord that I did not do business with you.
