I received a credit card from Nedbank with certain benefits and a monthly price tag of R259 per month. I have complained about the problem but it does not seem to get resolved. I have the following reference number for issues reported: 61002485. Nedbank has admitted their mistake and have offered to reimburse me only three months fees although they should rreimburse all money paid as the benefits promised when applying for the card and that what I am paying for is not being delivered. I am hoping that someone in Nedbank wants this issue resolved as much as me... Alternately I will have to keep reporting on the poor service and wrong charges for my account...
