Again no response to my query

I've been receiving the exact same number of DQ points for about 7 months now, indicating that my driving behaviour for the past 7 months has been EXACTLY the same. My tracking unit has been replaced twice recently and is definitely working, but I'm still being allocated the same number of points for driving behaviour. I've raised this issue more than once, and a week ago was sent an email to say the query has been escalated. Nobody's got back to me though.

This is unfortunately the second posting about Discovery Insure that I've had to make in about 2 weeks. Previously it was the same lack of feedback about a different issue that made me submit a complaint.
