Incorrect DQ points

My DQ points have not been calculated for the last two months which results in me getting fewer points and therefore losing money. For one of my vehicles the points are calculated correctly but on the other vehicle I have an average score on every metric which results in a score of 400. Discovery admitted that this is a mistake and said that the problem was escalated but I have been waiting for more than 3 weeks now and I still don't have a response. The last feedback was on 19 June where I was promised a resolution within 48 hours. Since then a week has passed and I still don't have feedback. The reason I moved to Discovery insure was because of the cash back so this is a deal breaker.
