New rules - lesser benefits

Well this isn't a complaint because of service but rather a very disappointed client. we took out a policy through a very helpful and patient though persistent novelty kekana... and we started seeing benefits as he promised :)

now, I have a really big problem with the fact that disc insure has changed the points allocated to us to reduce it by saying we have a greater earning potential. ok, so you've reduced our 400 points to 200, and add on 50 should we earn the eye gym points. then you ask us to go for driving courses... that aren't cheap, and your points will just cover the cost of it over a year... how does that benefit??? als oto earn more points we got to pay for advanced eyegym courses - again its just paying us back for over a year... we trying to save.. not incur expenses to be paid back eventually

im not sure how you will maintain your customers... at least give us what you promised... also ive sent an email to enquire how points are allocated... as 1 day of bad driving over 30 days has reduced my score to 50??? doesn't make sense... please advise as no feedback was received
