I recently joined Discovery Insure and I must say that subscribing and adding two vehicles together with our household contents was streamlined and professionally handled. Unfortunately all of this fell apart once we were on their billing system. Since my wife and I added our two vehicles we completed all of the online questionnaires as well as the safety checks at Tiger Wheel and Tyre together. We were also awarded "neutral" driving points until our DQ trackers are installed. The accounting of these points is just such a mess and no one at Discovery seems to get back to us on the issues raised. Our fuel rewards was significantly less than what it was supposed to be and even though we did everything is sync we now have different point balances. Our DQ trackers were installed this week and I've had issues with the first one from the word go - it is not activated which means that we cannot increase our points balance. This does sound like a convenient way for them to keep the balance artificially low although I am only speculating here. Other than auto-responses saying that I will be contacted soon, they have made no attempt to resolve the issues.
