What a pleasure
The pipe between our house and the main pipe broke outside
We reported it to city water
Four days later still waiting for them to come sort it out
When phoned them four x their excuse was "we off line. We can't check"
Hate to see our water bill because of their incompetency
My wife phoned Outsurance and 20 minutes later Designer Plus arrived bright and breezy and ten minutes later everything was sorted out
