I need my account closed please

I am so dissapointed in the service i am getting at Nedbank for my credit card. First i sent an email and no response, secondly i called the call center and spoke to Amanda Ngesi, i told her that i need to close my account and she must give me all the amount i owe so i can settle the account and close it, she gave me the amount, i paid (REF:61417715) and now when i request for the settlement letter today im told i owe R185. Ayanda Mkhize (REF 61625095) told me that i must pay that amount as Amanda didnt give me the correct amount, well, its not my mistake i was given the wrong amount i just need this account to be closed as i need the settement letter asap. Please teach your consultants to give customers the correct info. what is the R185 for all of a sudden, why wasnt it added on the amount given? This is so inconveniencing and so bad service. Can i please be sent a settlement letter on my email [Email Removed] will request for the convo of the call with Amanda for more reference.
