Second debit on a close account

Good day

I paid my balance and closed my loan account last mnth December 2013 and I still received a debit, I then went to the bank and they checked and discovered the loan was not closed after the balance was paid and I did request that they close the loan, there after they still deducted, I then went in to the branch and processed the closure of my account and they reimbursed my money. Today I received another debit for R3000 for an loan that I owe R0 that I terminated twice. I refuse to use my last leave and go to the bank and phone joburg, they need to call me to resolve this matter as I was not the one at fault, this happened for the second time. I need this money to pay my bills.
