They think we get paid on the 20th!!! STUPID!!!

This morning while checking my bank statement i picked up the my loan is set for debit on the 23rd of the month. I get paid on the 25th of every month not on the 23rd. This is the 2nd month since i have the loan and both months they debited me on the 23rd WHEN I DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT!!! this shows as an RD on my account5 and when i tried to apply for a car last month i was told that i have a bad credit reference due to the RD!!! i want my account corrected and the bank charges reversed and as soon as it is done i want a formal letter of apology as well as my account to be closed!!! First it was my bank charges that were being debited on the 20th and now my loan as well??? I am sick of this bull!!! and my last compliant has still niot been solved with regards to a loan being 'handed over' and it was not even 2 months old! you guys!!! best bank my freaking!!!
