Loan amounts being debited after loan paid off

I took out a personal loan about a year ago. Recently, i got some extra money that i decided i would use to settle the loan. I recieved a settlement quote and paid off the loan. Since then, the end of the month has arrived and FNB have debited my monthly loan repayment from my account. Like, What? The loan account isnt even one of the accounts that appear when i log into FNB anymore. Where is this money going? You are taking money that is not paying for anything. Please resolve this.
