I AM LEAVING STANDARD BANK!!!

I was in the bhisho new standard bank branch to change from one account to achiever account!

I stayed in there for 1hour 25minutes and i was not served, the bank closed and i was still inside waiting and waiting and waiting when i stood up and enquire what is going to happen to me and i was asked to come tommorow morning of which i cant come because i wont wait for that long and still come the following day of which i came the previouse day at 1 and i was told that consultants is on lunch so i cant be served! Like really who would want to to bank in a bank that gives you that BAD service and on top of it if i didnt ask if they will serve me or not clearly i was going to stay there for another 3 hours and go home at 7 o'clock. I was approached and told that i should leave my id, payslip, and proof of residence a consultant will call me and what will change? i wasted my time and i am going home late because i still need to go to work before do my work late because of them and then go home late without being helped. First thing on monday i am going to open a new account in another bank that will value my time and give me the courtesy i deserve and i have to tell my coleagues aswel.
