Standard Bank
1 minute late

I had to get 3 months bank statements yesterday urgently, I work till 3 so 3:31 I arrive at Standard Bank to quickly get these bank statements and the guard at the door said no unfortunetly we can't help you, you are not allowed in. Come on 1 minute late!!! Nedbank next to Standard Bank stays open till 5:00 in the afternoons WOW!!! This will defenetly change my mind w.r.t my bank!! Come on Standard Bank this is bad! Really bad!! And then when I went into nedbank I got awesome service with lots of smiles.

Now I have to go back in my lunch of a half an hour to my useless bank that I don't even contact anymore for finance to give me statements.
