Very unhappy client

I went to capitec bank today wondering why they took my whole salary last nite they tell me I've over spent on my account in December month due to there computer was faulty well if they were a bank they could have told us in a SMS now my kids must start school next week and I got no money and this because of there problem I'm very un happy what happen and I hope they can make some kind of arrangements for me to give my money back and I will pay what I own them off I hope someone will get back to me ASAP as my kids starts school Wednesday
