SA Home Loans frsh approach is a NO win one sided

Despite numerous attempts to take money out of our bond, where we have sufficient equity and ZERO defaults on our payments, they still say there is no affordability. Their lack of customer service and relationship with their clients is all one sided. They have no aptitude to consult with their clients as to their plans or necessity to take further loans on their property. In my opinion they are short sighted and have no ability to retain client and make them happy by any stretch of the imagination.
