Policy Claims

I would like to be assisted regardingthe claims for the late James Somzi Zini, ID no. 6211285853088 who worked for Cargo Carriers from 03 April 1984 to November 1997. I am Sibongile Annah Makhopochane ID no. 8712170383089. When I finished my matric (2006) I phoned Old Mutaul to assist me further my studies with the funds left on my fathers accounts as they told me they were available. I was told that the amount left in account no. 015796-126-2 will be released when I turn 21 which was in 2008. When I phoned back to find out when can I get that amount which was not specified to me, than I was told that it was insufficient funds. What I do not understand is how can they promise me something that they did not exist. I think it needs a follow up. Now my mother passed away on the 16 September 2011, Patricia Fekile Makhopochane, ID no. 6310101408083. I would like to find out if there are any funds me and my sister Zinhle Makhopochane (21 March 1997) can claim for anything. I want to know what happened to all the money we were supposed to get that vanished.
