SA HOME LOANS - PUTS FAMILY OUT OF A HOME

SA Homeloans denied my application to reduce my bond payments for a few months. I appealed to them as i would not want to go into an arrears situation and possibly not being able to pay for my bond. I needed a few months "Grace " (reduction in bond payment).
Absa Bank has helped out a few colleagues who found themselves in a bad financial situation and this allowed those guys to "bounce back" and still retain their homes.

SA Homeloans would rather see a family lose a home than reduce payments for a few months (off course this does'nt cost them a thing as they would recoup the amount plus interest).
