SANLAM USELESS - REPLY TO RESPONSE FROM SANLAM

We do not have an Advisor, Mr Sadan was just one of the Advisors we enquired about on why the policy was drawn up like that and what we can do to make it right. We authorised him to have a look at the policy BUT DID NOT AUTHORISE HIM TO BE OUR SANLAM ADVISOR! He is not our Advisor! And do not want an Advisor at this time until this mess has been sorted.

Yes, we were told about the official document that Sanlam need to amend the policy and for us to have authorisation but we do not see the need for this as its personal documentation that was not required then when starting the policy. Our signatures are all over the paper work when we started and finalised the policy. Signed has guardian. What is the problem???
