Bad Service

I Have been an assupol member for years and still have not received any documents, i have called in numerous times and spoke to a lady called Kgomotso she promised to email me the documents and never did! i called again and she said the email address came back as undelivered. i then gave her my email address again and she still has not emailed me the documents. i dont even know what my policy number is but yet money is deducted every month this is really poor service it make me wonder if their should be a serious problem Will i be helped urgently??? this is really bad bad service.
