Rip off on R400 payment from Outsurance

What a rip off Outsurance is. I wanted to insure my additional new vehicle and received a quote 35% less at First for Woman. 4 Months later, I request my R400 from Outsurance as this is part of their promotion. What a laugh. According to Dean, from Outsurance, this is only applicable to new clients and not old clients like myself that had 3 vehicles insured for the last few years and wanted to include a new vehicle on the account.
