Good Morning,
On several occassions I visited FNB's Main Street Branch. The queues are so long with a waiting time of 45 mintues to an hour if not longer. Their excuse is that there are only one or two tellers available. However this is an ongoing problem. The other issue is their lack of urgency to get the problem solved.
At one stage there was no deposit slips.
