I went to FNB at main street at CBD Jhb just do one thing revesal and when I left the they told me that they will do it within 15m cause the superviser is busy. I said it fine I left. I checked the time it was 15:00 I phone this guy who help me he told me again they will do it. Now it was 16:00 I called the manger answerd she told me she will do it. Since then my request was never done. I hate this branch I don't want to I will close my acc. Cause this reallky bad course some of the bracnh they do it for u same time while u still the. I'm really angry this is unprofesional.
