First National Bank
Cash reversal

Business & Finance

FNB has a stupid policy that says in order for them to reverse the transaction you either stop the debit order yourself which cost R10 or they stop it themselves which cost R70 now all the transaction in question were not available on my internet banking which meant in order to get my money back FNB had to stop the payment which costed me in total R210 and lucky gave my reversal forms to his relationship manager who took a whole day mind you me, he calls me this morning say am not getting my money back and FNB is going to charge me the R210, why does FNB apply this rule blank without looking at the merits of the case, number 2 I had the similar situation last year October for a transaction that happened in august and at branch in main street they were able to help me and it was done the same day, and it took lucky mokoena and his manager the whole day, and when they come back they tell me tough am not getting my money from either the company that took my money and they are taking R210, when at the main street branch they could do it why can't sauer street branch do it. And they go all the transaction am referring to have not exceeded 60 days, and they say "how can we help you"? money back
