I would like to log and official compliant in terms of bad Customer Service received from your JHB, Heidelberg Branch at the Victorian Centre. During Friday morning 7 June 2013 I had to wait for almost one hour before a FNB Teller consultant came around and asked whether she could assist. After establishing what needed to be done she firmly indicated that she was unable to assist in any event. Several more people who had been waiting quite a while longer than me, ended up getting frustrated and walked out because of the lack of Service. There seems to be a total disregard in the Heidelberg branch for customer care as this is not the first instance that I experienced this bad service during the last month. The staff are slow, unwelcoming and unwilling to assist customers properly. The Branch Manager did not even consider to offer assistance or could not have been bothered. An Elderly lady explained that she visited the Heidelberg Branch twice already during the week and was not assisted therefore her return on the Friday (to which she had been waiting a good Hour before I even arrived at FNB).my last name and street address at a Nedbank and Capitec Bank in 10 Minutes.
