I just want to compliment Dial Direct on their prompt and professional service. All my dealings with your organisation have been very positive.

When phoning the call centre, the agents are friendly and assist you immediately. The agents also do what they said or promised to do eg: send the email or post a revised policy schedule. I also emailed the service department on a Sunday to request confirmation of our insurance for our home owners proof and received the letter the very next day. I was impressed.
