I received a massage from a Bandile Khumalo who said I should call them back. I call back on the number he gives me on the SMS which is 0824591138. I call him back he attacks me telling me he is coming to repossess my car and I am a foolish woman who has missed her car payment. I really understand I have a payment and a half missing but I fail to understand if this is the treatment Absa gives their clients. I asked to talk to Bandiles boss he gave me a number I should call which is. 27798936576 saying it was his bosses Hendrick Botchof who will refer me back to him to take my car. Now I need to understand the repossatoon process and also understand what procedures you guys have in place to get moneys owed to u back. Do you guys hire ride unrully people who exercise intimidation to get th money nd also use personal cellphones for these.
