I had the worst massage ever. On arrival we had a question relating to the treatment we had requested they were unable to answer it as they did not understand it and they even called the manageress but she to did not understand. They were late on starting our treatment, they bought us used slippers which is unhygienic in a salon. We requested a 90 min treatment they said 60 min. Before my treatment started I asked that she spend the first 60min focussing on my back, neck and shoulders as that is my problem area however after 30min she asked me to turn over to which I replied I would like you to focus on my back. She left the area to take a call and message which is very unprofessional and she was very rough. I was unable to distress and actually felt more stressed after the treatment. I will never return nor will I recommend it to anyone.
