I have been a member of Nedbank for about 2 years. Since I joined the bank, I have had endless problems (see previous complaints on HelloPeter). The only reason I am with the bank is because of voyager and now I cannot even reach my account because of no feedback from Nedbank. I have been trying to update my details unsuccessfully with Nedbank with no response. My most recent fax with reference CMD3183820 (voyager number 60040708), send 01/11/2013, has still not been answered. I would like to access my voyager account but am not able to do so because I firstly never got a pin from Nedbank and now that I am trying to get one, they do not come back to me. I am also tired of countless hours sitting on the phone with them. Just today I was on the phone with them for over 30 minutes. If I do not have access to this account by the end of the month, I will be terminating my three accounts with Nedbank.
