FNB advertises and comits but does not delive

I am disgusted with FNB service and I am thinking of cancelling my application for a new account! I spoke to Nhlahla Moloi at the sales department.. My application was succesfull and eversince nobody from FNB has been in contact with me - it has been 5 days! I have been calling FNB following up on my cards that needs to be delivered to me! Which is now delayed because nobody called me to tell me that they require bankstatements! It's frustrating - And I am not experiencing any of the joy that FNB is bragging about on their advertisments.. When I called the card division to find out if they received my statements a lady told me that I have to call back on monday.. WHAT??? I am in the service industry and that is unacceptable!!! FNB does not deliver what they promise and if they do not sort me out ASAP i am cancelling this whole application!
