Credit card rewards not fulfilled as promised

I applied for a credit card over the phone and was promised 50mb mobile data a month corresponding to the website advertisement for a switch to FNB. Initially the lady was not aware but later confirmed this over the phone and for this reason I accepted the card which was delivered to me later. Upon receiving the card I have been unsuccessful on many attempts to activate this mobile data. From the internet connectivity division to the credit card as well as the sales division no one is able to assist me and everyone doesn't seem to know of this special. Thereafter i was told that the website was changed the weekend after I received my credit card and thus I can not prove this to them. However, someone should have the info on the previous website and if you listen to the recording of my application you will find that this lady (who i was told would call me back) accepted that this will be part of my monthly package. Someone called me from connect and told me they will get back to me but no one seems to be interested. Even when asking for their superiors, they claim that they are busy in meetings.
