I applied for a new platinum Credit Card about a month ago. I phoned the call centre repeatedly today. I can't get through. I was on hold for 10 minutes. One agent was just incompetent.
It's just sad that your platinum line provides a substandard service.
Thankfully I don't use my Absa platinum account as my primary source of banking.
