No new Card after ordered on Platinum line

What a joke. I ordered my current account debit card on the 10th July 2013 by phoning the so called platinum line. i was informed that it will take 10 days, Today I phoned to check if it has been ordered where i was told that there is no card available on a Platinum Current account. I had to go to my branch to order a normal debit card. Where is the service guys!!
