Capitec Bank
The worst bank in SA!!!

I had a loan accoutn with them, they messed up the last date of payment for the loan so i paid off the last amount due and now i have an outstanding amout of R 1700 for WHAT?? Everythign is paid off but apparently its interest, head office tells me i dont have anythign to pay and the manager says i do, i have paid everythign thats owed and they still want more from you, to you dry until you have nothing left. Most useless bank in SA, managers treat you liek dirt, never get back to you, make sure your name has a bad credit rating even if you are paying on time and dont know what they are doing. You cant pay installements by card, but also by cash because they are offilien about 16 times a day, they cant give you statements, previosu phonecall records or anything but hay... They still want you to pay.
I will never use Capitec again if it was the last bank in the world and will tell everyone about this. Never met a bank who makes up charges and wants you to pay or they hand you over.. FXXcken ridiculous!!
