Another BAD Insurance Experience:

Well what can I say we all know that Insurance companies are the worst to deal with and we all complain. This experience was just the worst for me personally! I was in an accident in Sep '12 a gentleman crashed into the back of me I decided to go through his 3rd party the trouble started when I tried to log the claim just getting hold of the right person took 2 weeks I was handed over to Eric Ruiters where I proceeded to contact him via email/telephone after no response from him I had to argue until they handed over my file to Gavin Busang who then assisted me this however took 60days to do! Only when I called to complain was I told what they were going to pay out, the repairs R24K the storage R 7K the Medical bills R 15Kect. All for an accident I was completely innocent in! Zurich I-trust only paid out R 9K although it is now the 11 of Jan 13 and I still haven't received payment! I am disgusted in not only the service I received but the fact that they can justify it! You get told stories get pushed around when you ask for a Manager or someone senior you either have the phone put down or you sit on hold for 20mins to have the call dropped Absolute Joke if you ask me
