I am so fed-up with no service at all at FNB. I opened my account 3 December and applied for my smartphone device at the same time. Till today - after about 20 calls from me to FNB call centre between option 5 and option 2 - nobody can help me. Option 2 puts me to option 5 and option 5 just refers me back to option 2! In December, one of the call centre people even told me to phone the delivery people because they have already send the request to them to deliver. I phoned them and they have not received anything from FNB. - On the 8th of January, when I phoned again, they said at option 5 now they will put me on a priority list for the ordering of my smartphone because this takes so long. About an hour later I got a message from FNB informing me that my smartphone device order has been cancelled due to the fact that they did not received my debit order changing forms (option 2 is the debit order dep.) -I received a message in December when I've send my debit order changing form to them, that they have changed my Mutual and Federal debit order as requested.) I phoned them again and all they can tell me is that I am on a priority list and STILL NO RESPONSE TO ME FROM FNB!
