UNACCEPTABLE!!!

So I have a personal loan with Capitec Bank. My situation is this: I paid my account with any fault and I went through a dip but did manage to keep up even if I did skip 1 mostly 2 months. Paying then more then my instalment of R2020.49. I paid R3000.00 x 2 the 3rd as well as the 10th of April 2013.. I want to settle my account and to my shock my balance is 46799.26. And I borrowed R49985.76. How on earth can interest that were added go up to R1292.37... RIDICULOUS AND TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! My balance is on the statement R46799.26 and my settlement amount is R48256.34 - How can it suddenly go up! SORT THIS OUT! I believe me as the client no matter what the situation I always paid and if not I paid more when suited. I dont believe at all that the amounts given to me is whatsoever correct! This is almost against the law al these charges as well! I will never ever recommend Capitec to anyone... This is unacceptable and I need answers because I want to settle this acc asap!!! Please recheck my account!!!
