African Bank
WRONG DEBIT DATE

I recently opened a loan with African Bank, now I am on martenity leave and been on bed rest but I have to be ffighting with these people! I specifically requested them to debit on the 2nd of every month and now because they have their own procedures they claim the head office says we get paid on the 25th which is not true, we are a frenchise and had they done their homework they would have seen all of that on the 3months bank statements and Payslip. Now they are telling me to fax proof, how the am I suppose to Fax when I am about to give birth??? I hate what they are doing and its wrong
