Incompetent & Unprofessional

3rd month in a row I cant open my credit card estatement because it is corrupt. have emailed Absa 3 times about this - and it is still not resolved - twice my support request has just been ignored.

ABSA is technically incompetent (no app, corrupt estatements), lazy (no feedback on support request) and greedy (one of most expensive banks in the world). ABSA IS REPULSIVE!!!
