I owned a Panasonic Camcorder - It was listed on my insurance policy - it's gone missing from my place of residence and I'd like to claim. I get told that the specific camcorder can't be replaced but that they can replace it with a Samsung of some sort. I insisted that I needed something that can play 7 years of small video tapes. No can do. But they can pay me R2500 and off you go on your merry way and sort out your own problem. On my most recent policy the item in question is listed as follows :

According to Lungi's "manager?? " that's it. Full and final offer. I'd like to know how the this was calculated since the person on the phone is not entirely capable of explaining this to me. It's my money. It's my right.
