At Thu 10/10/2013 03:48 AM I received an estatement AFTER HAVING THIS ISSUED RESOLVED NOT SO LONG AGO. PLEASE VIRGIN MONEY SA AND ABSA CAN YOU EITHER GET COMPUTERS THAT DO NOT CHANGE THE SETTTINGS OR STOP HAVING YOUR STAFF CHANGE SETTINGS. MOST ANNOYED. DO NOT CONTACT ME BY PHONE BUT REPLY BY E-MAIL. NOTE THIS IS NOT A REQUEST TO CHANGE TO ESTATEMENTS IN FACT IT IS THE OPPOSITE. TO MAKE THIS CLEAR THIS IS NOT A REQUEST TO HAVE STATEMENTS SENT BY E-MAIL. I WANT POSTAL STATEMENTS AS YOUR SOFTWARE TO OPEN THE STATEMENT DOES NOT WORK. SEND POSTAL STATEMENTS AS THE STAFF MEMBER READING THIS MAY STRUGGLE TO NOTE THAT I WANT POSTAL STATEMENTS FROM VIRGIN MONEY. please send postal statements
