I put in a claim with Stansure on the 11th of December 2012 for household contents and to date no one has called me or emailed me to give me feedback on my claim. All i recieved 3 weeks ago was that my claim is finalised and someone will contact you. I had to call in to day and then be transfered to the wrong department and then back to the same department from which i was transfered and finally got to speak to someone and it seems that only now my claim is moving in the process after I had to call after a month. I mean the person that spoke to me sounded like they were half asleep and really unhappy in their job. What awesome service from one of the biggest names in the industry. its obivious stansure has the wrong people for the Job.
