Hi, I've had quite an unpleasant 2 weeks with your call center people. The initial individual to engage me was a James from the claims department who told me I'd need to email him with my statement for the claim inquiry in question and he promised to call me the next day with feedback, it's been two weeks and he hasn't emailed nor has he called. I called in looking for him but he is always busy. Then today I called again, and spoke to a lady who sounded like she had better things to do. She repeated James story of the procedure I'd have to undergo but we got cut off before she could give me her email address. She has made no means to call me back. I called back for the third time today (2013/03/12) and after holding on for the average 8 - 10 mins I spoke to a gentleman who had me repeat my story another time... He said he'd try locate the people I spoke to earlier, ask me to hold for about 6 minutes and then the call cut. He didn't bother calling me back either. I don't think I need to put any further emphasis on how unhappy I am at the moment. Please handle this.
