I logged a claim in October 2012 and up to now which is 20 February 2013, the claim is not finalised as yet. I received half of what I claimed and the other half still pending. I made numerous calls to the call centre to establish when the claim could be finalised. Spoke to no less than 6 call centre operators, I have all their names, dates and times of all the calls. All of them promised to get back to me to tell me what the next step will be. Thus far no return calls. Today again I have been promised a call back still waiting. I wish someone could take ownership to this and just resolve it. I think people have no pride in the company they working for. Just a salary the end of the month is all they are concerned about.
I have to resort to this kind of tactic to have my issue resolved, this is pathetic.
There is nothing like customer service anymore.
