An outsurance customer bumped into my car and all was agreed that I do a third party claim. I was alloacted an agent that will help me throughout the process. He firstly told me gave a target date to process the claim and on that day as agreed i called in to follow up and he denied giving me that date saying maybe he gave me that date to do me a favor. Anyway I struggled with this until finally my claim was approved and another target date was given. Today is the day I have to get paid for my damages and when I call in to follow up, i'm told that the Manager Amos Seanego forgot to include my claim for today's payments. I tried calling the Manager several times, left mesages several times, even when the call is transfered to his extension, the call gets cut immediatly. I have been without a car for a month now because waiting for this claim to payout so that i can have my car fixed. I have two asthmatic children and everyday I pray that nothing happens as i do not have a car. when I called again for the final time, I speak to someone else and his feedback is He does not know when this claim will be paid. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
