26 Jan, i attend a crazy party, having used the service successfully before i decided i was going to use it again for a safe trip home, i called in to the center, the lady took my details and said a service provider was going to contact me to find out my loaction and details etc. i queried if this was the procedure as i had used the service before and i gave all my particulars and they respond with an sms with a ref, she said no the system has changed but i have noted you want a pick up for 1:00am, i carried on the party, come 1:00 i had no missed calls or driver picking me up. called the center again when Makhosini attempted to help me. i explained the story, i was told there was no record of my call and they can't help me, he could log a call then and the only available service would fetch me @ 3:00. i was basically left with 2 options, drive home drunk and do exactly what this advertised free service is ment to prevent or leave my car in an an unsecure premise and find my own way home. Makhosini said he would help me and sent me his email address and find out what happen, ive tried emailing for a follow up and have received nothing. I was left in a very sticky situation
