Last night was the second time, that I arranged the 'Take me Home' service, as a Standard Bank client and no one arrived to take me home...

I arranged the pick up in advance and received the reference number (74-FBUW-01)... When my pick up time approached and no one called me, I phoned the call center to follow up, only to find out that no one was coming. I was advised that they could not trace the reference number sms'd to me and I needed to find an alternate way home.
This is totally unacceptable... when clients make use of this service and arrange it in advance, we trust that you will take us home safely. My entire evening was ruined, by me having to waste an additional 20min on the phone to your call center trying to follow up on a driver that wasn't arriving and then having to make call another cab company to assist us.

I am an fnb customer, who kept my old standard bank account open just for this service. Needless to say, I have given notice for my account to be cancelled. You cannot advertise a service, you cannot offer - it is false advertising and!
