Take me home service, no show

Saturday, 7 September 2013, I tried to make use of your 'Take me home' service. I made the booking for my wife, a friend and myself at around 14:00 to be picked up at 00:00 later that evening. All required details was supplied and the booking was confirmed.

At 00:20 I phoned the service center as nobody pitched up and was told that I would receive a call back in this regard. 00:30 I made another call as nobody got back to me and was promised the same.By 00:45 we had to make alternative plans as we were standing in the cold in a 'not-too-safe' area. While travelling home later, at around 01:15, I received a call stating that somebody can only pick us up at 02:00. Needless to say, this is unacceptable, as I was told that any change in my booking must be made 3 hours prior to the booking time.

I am disgusted at the events that took place, especially because my wife had to find herself in such a dangerous situation, while we were left clueless as to what is happening.

This is a service that people can find themselves dependent on when they're under the influence and not delivering makes it dangerous for themselves and other road users.
